Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) is a world-class organization responsible for growing all flows between businesses and governments, from SMBs to the largest global corporations. The Core Products and Platforms team (LMM and SMB) is part of VCS and works closely with financial institutions and fintechs to bring payment solutions that meet the needs of growth corporates, large enterprises, multinationals, governments, public sector entities, and small businesses around the world. The team is responsible for the product development and management of a suite of products, encompassing core products such as Fleet, Travel, Purchasing, Virtual Cards, Small Business, as well as new B2B payment offerings and emerging verticals such as Employee Benefits, providing innovative payment capabilities that exceed client expectations.

The Director, Product Management is responsible for the Visa Commercial Choice (VCC) suite, a set of flexible interchange products that enable our issuing clients to capture incremental payment volume by establishing mutually beneficial economic terms with commercial suppliers. This role will lead product strategy, management, development, market positioning and commercialization for the full VCC suite to advance this program. This role will also be responsible for product strategy, management, development and commercialization of the Purchasing Large Ticket (PLT) program, which addresses our clients' needs to capture high value payments on card.

The ideal candidate is an experienced senior product leader with the ability to inspire and motivate teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. He/she must have proven experience in developing and leading teams to commercialize innovative products that deliver substantial value propositions to the market. This role requires strategic leadership, innovation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. He/she is creative and hands-on, has a bias towards action and is able to inspire others with his/her vision.

This role requires breadth of knowledge and experience in commercial/B2B payments. In addition to traditional product management experience, the ideal candidate will have prior experience with Interchange and/or Pricing frameworks.

Essential Functions

Product Strategy and Development (VCC and PLT):

Define the overall product vision and strategic goals

Develop product narratives and key value propositions

Define and prioritize features, enhancements and capabilities, develop product roadmaps, and ensure alignment to overall product vision

Interface with tech teams and managed development

Collaborate with regional partners to understand and translate customer and market needs into product solutions that deliver substantial value propositions

Collaborate with B2B Acceptance team, global platform owners as well as core technology teams on the planning, prioritization and execution of the product roadmaps

Interfacing with Tech and managing development

Ensure the product strategy and product roadmaps are aligned and well-articulated to customers, prospects and partners, as well as internally within Visa

Oversee and manage key commercialization activities to support regional GTM strategies

Establish and codify processes to ensure a simplified sales, implementation and onboarding model to support scale

Educate and empower regional teams to drive client adoption & market penetration

Monitor product performance, enhance KPI dashboards, derive intelligence to ensure data driven decision making

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
