The North America Product organization is hiring a Strategy & Operations Manager. The NA Product Strategy & Operations team is responsible for supporting the Head of NA Product & Strategy in achieving its top priorities. The Manager will report to the Senior Director, NA Product Strategy & Operations and will focus on both strategic and execution-oriented topics.

Specifically, this individual will:

Support key NA Product OKRs and strategic initiatives and own specific projects as delegated by Head of NA Product

Implement and manage OKRs for NA Product, drive monthly and quarterly reporting in partnership with key leaders across North America

Prepare executive materials (i.e., presentations, talking points, FAQs) for key forums and meetings (e.g., NAMK, VPF, ECC, client meetings)

Drive rigorous, fact based, quantitative analysis to support strategic projects and development of executive materials

Assist in the development of perspectives on a range of strategic initiatives as indicated by Head of product and contribute to the knowledge of key themes/trends

Manage NA Product P&L (e.g., budget process, expense management) in partnership with NA Finance

Build strong relationships with product and cross-functional partners, including the NA Product leadership team

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
