Required Skills:

  • Consumer packaged goods or technology consumer goods experience preferred

    Duties:

  • Client Consumer Group (CG), a team serving the needs of over 20+ million US consumers to file their annual tax returns, is looking for a contract

  • Marketing Manager for the TurboTax Brand Advertising team.

  • In this role, you will help drive advertising for TurboTax s multi-million-dollar brand campaigns.

  • If you have experience managing consumer-oriented, national brand campaigns across TV, audio, digital and non-traditional, we're looking for you.

  • As a Contract Marketing Manager, you play a vital role in developing and executing brand advertising campaigns.

  • To be successful in this position, you must be a strategic and critical thinker, a strong communicator, and an analytical person who can drive results.

  • In addition to these qualities, you must also be organized, manage your time, and work well with others both inside of TurboTax and with our external agencies.

  • Help to develop, manage, and adjust timelines for key projects, balancing the scope of work with the internal and agency teams capacities.

  • Collect all the critical need by deliverable or decision dates, and partner effectively with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure everything stays on track, and proactively address any issues that may impact deadlines or deliverables.

  • Help to lead and organize project meetings, ensuring each session has clear objectives, documented outcomes, and defined next steps.

  • Assist in the creative production process for key creative assets, including but not limited to collaborating with our agencies for script development and feedback.

  • Oversee the film shoot process and manage editing and finishing of assets with our agency.

  • Assist in driving collaboration across teams by leading team meetings with key stakeholders.

  • Facilitate internal circulation of campaign elements to collaborate with cross-functional teams (including social, PR, media team, etc.).

  • Work with our agency and internal teams to organize media specs, channel requirements, and best practices for cross-channel deliverables.

  • Help to keep track of versioning, feedback and direction provided to the agency and ensure all inputs provided to the agency are addressed.

  • QA all creative materials and ensure flawless execution of final assets.

  • Coordinate seamless delivery of final assets and launch times to corresponding cross-channel teams.

  • Act as a steward of our brand, making sure creative meets brand and legal guidelines. Drive claims substantiation and network clearance for TV commercials.

  • Initiate purchase order requests and organize all project estimates and invoices to help with billing reconciliation.
