Job description

Summary:

Client needs someone who is familiar with our budgeting and Finance tools like Coupa and Budget force. This person will be responsible for raising POs and Managing budget. This person will also be working closely with our Discovery Team and Customer Reference team to project manage things like Earnings and our Customer Reference Program which pairs happy customers with prospects via Roundtable at our events.

Top Skill sets:

Knowledge of Discovery Tools a Must

Slack skills and ability to use Block Kits and create Canvases

Excel knowledge

Working knowledge of Org62

Experience in Google Slides

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute and manage customer marketing projects from inception to completion, including but not limited to customer references, earnings and customer stories, films, and experiences at our events.

Knowledge of client's Budgeting and Finance tools to handle budget, POs and billing

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project completion and success.

In partnership with the leaders of the Customer Reference and Customer Discovery team, support the vision, values, methods, and metrics for the operations discipline.

Recommend new processes that help the team positively contribute to the customer experience, adoption and support.

Support regular prioritization sessions to ensure leadership is aligned and then allocate resources according to what has been approved.

Coordinate and align efforts across different teams and adjust to changes in direction as needed.

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
