Adecco is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team remotely for a 4-month contract, with the potential for extension. You'll be a key player in the support of a confidential new product aimed at revolutionizing the restaurant industry. Assignment Type: Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: $30/hour
Work Hours: 40 hours per week (weekdays 1-9pm EST); flexible schedule required, including weekends. Overtime opportunities available on weekends.
About the Role
In this role, you'll provide world-class technical support to restaurant partners using our new platform. You will be the first line of defense for support tickets, helping troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure seamless service. You'll work closely with a small, high-priority team, directly supporting the success of restaurants across the U.S.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support via email, text, phone, or video as needed.
Investigate and resolve complex technical issues with networking, hardware, and software.
Collaborate with product teams to identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot emerging issues.
Build and refine a technical support playbook for new product issues.
Deliver an exceptional customer service experience with empathy and urgency.
Develop deep expertise in the new product, processes, and systems.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering) or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience in technical support, IT, or network administration.
Proficiency in computer hardware (including ethernet cabling) and software troubleshooting.
Experience working in customer-facing roles with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekdays, and weekends.
Effective written communication skills, with fluency in English and typing speed of 40 WPM.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
