JOB TITLE: Compensation Analyst

LOCATION: San Jose, CA (hybrid)

PAY RANGE: $46.00 - $56.00/hr

DURATION: 2 years

TOP 3 SKILLS:

Experience with Workday & Excel

Strong Excel & Analytical skills

Our client a Fortune 500 Software Organization is seeking a Compensation Analystto bring onto the team.

Opportunity

Come support the Compensation team, reporting to the Director of Compensation.

This role requires someone with strong operational & analytical skills who builds solid relationships with HR Business Partners and Managers, through a proactive, consultative, and collaborative approach; while also anticipating needs and demonstrating a solutions-oriented mindset to resolving issues.

Provide support and guidance for HR Business Partners and Managers throughout the year on compensation programs and the annual Rewards Planning process.

Work with other compensation team members, recruiters, Business partners, and global mobility to provide guidance on compensation related business challenges.

Provide input to compensation program owners to improve compensation programs and ensure programs meet business needs.

Respond to Talent Acquisition offer inquiries as needed.

Minimum qualifications

3-4 years of experience in Compensation

Experience with Workday & Excel

Values and demonstrates attention-to-detail.

Excellent written & verbal communication skills, with ability to present data & insights clearly.

Preferred qualifications

Ability to engage and influence stakeholders.

Interest in analyzing data, with ability to drive decision-making.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, Business, Economics or related field preferred.
