Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Sr. Product Manager, Buying Programs for a Contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in San Jose, CA . This is a hybrid role.

As a member of the Buying Programs organization, you will work in close partnership with multiple teams to scope, prioritize and drive projects that are top-of-mind for the business. This is an outstanding opportunity to collaborate with product, engineering, go-to-market, and sales teams in addition to all supporting functions in Finance and Operations!

This position requires a someone who can jump from high-level strategic problem solving to execution seamlessly. The ideal candidate will also have the business savvy to understand the appropriate considerations needed for thoughtful decision-making, has a strong internal drive, and a track record of leading projects from end-to-end.

Responsibilities :

Define project scope and schedule while focusing on timely delivery of value from Concept Acceptance through to Release to Production.

Lead cross-functional project teams, work independently, and drive initiatives by translating long-term strategies into specific solutions.

Use Jira, wiki, and other organizational tools to lead project status and working meetings, evaluate risks and issues, and overall solution delivery.

Perform new project request analysis and communicate effectively with different levels in the organization.

Support sales, marketing, and operation teams on existing licensing programs.

Required Skills :

3 - 5+ years of full-time relevant work experience.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to be able to coordinate complicated projects.

Demonstrates understanding of our customers' needs, how sales teams work, and can effectively adapt with an evolving business.

Ability to focus on details while maintaining the big picture view; problem solver who can determine the best way to tackle the issues at hand while planning for the future.
