Pacer Physical Therapy is looking for an Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist in our San Ramon clinic, with strong manual therapy skills and a broad therapeutic exercise background. Part-time position 16 hours per week.

_ Essential job duties and responsibilities: _
Performs initial assessments and develops plans of care.
Implements plans of care by treating patients.
Evaluates patient progress and modifies plan of care as needed.
Communicates with physicians regarding prescriptions, treatment procedures, results of tests, measurements, goals, and changes to treatment plans.
Completes documentation in a timely and efficient manner using WebPT EMR. This includes keeping accurate daily notes and accurate billing records for services rendered.
Ensures patient safety while patients are in the office.
Communicates with patients, health care providers, patient family members, and coworkers.
Maintain an appropriate patient caseload.
Adheres to Pacer's policies and procedures and all standards imposed by regulatory organizations.
Maintains the highest standards of professional conduct.
Maintains regular attendance and timeliness.
Helps with vacation coverage.

_ Education: _Graduate degree in an accredited physical therapy program.

_ Experience: _1+ years experience in an orthopedic setting.

_ Licenses/Certification: _Licensed Physical Therapist in California.
