Who We Are: Intel's Government Information Technology and Security (GITS) organization enables Intel to win United States Government business by providing secure products, solutions, and services which meet U.S. regulatory requirements. The GITS team is part of Intel's Information Security organization and supports the unique IT information Security and Compliance requirements for Intel Federal LLC, a subsidiary of Intel that delivers products and/or services to the US Government (USG). As part of the GITS team, you will help us grow our secure solution suite to meet U.S. Government requirements for data safeguarding. Intel's Government IT and Security organization is looking for a Product Manager to drive business value realization within our United States Government Cross Domain Services group. This role will reside in our Infrastructure and Facility Services and Customer Capabilities and Applications team. The Product Manager is a key role in the strategy development and business value realization process for the set of solutions you will own. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1.) Manages customers and stakeholders for the systems environment: Helps to identify and resolve dependencies between technologies Supports POs in key customer and stakeholder meetings, including auditors and InfoSec leadership Involve customers and stakeholders in train and team ceremonies where appropriate Educates key stakeholders and partners on environment processes and technologies 2.) Understands requirements and users of the environment: Researches the technical environment at Intel and in the marketplace (where used in this context) to inform strategy and design Identifies and understands users and user groups Continuously monitors user needs and evolves the solution strategy accordingly 3.) Continuously improves the processes and technologies of supported solutions: Lead cross-APT discussions to improve the systems environment (e.g., monthly TWG or Kaizen event) Attends APT Retrospectives to identify opportunities for improvements Meets regularly with POs to identify improvement opportunities As needed, leads initiatives to solve complex, multi-team technical problems 4.) Co-Develops and tracks the strategy, roadmap, and objectives for the environment: Develops Program level objectives, bridging Solution-level and Team-level objectives Works with the train architects to develop a capability roadmap tied to the Architecture Roadmap and product-specific roadmaps Coordinates with product owners to prioritize Features/Epics in alignment with the objectives and key results 5.) Owns the budget for owned solutions: Rolls up Product Owner budget items for each environment Works with Architects and POs to identify grow opportunities, S and U needs, and other key areas for investment Qualifications Minimum Qualifications US citizenship required. This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United States federal, state, and/or local government agency customers and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport, or other approved documents. Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Information Security, or related field and 6+ years of relevant experience. 6+ years combined experience with the following technical skills across multiple domains, such as: Network infrastructure End-user applications and communications Security policy creation and enforcement Compute and storage Designing and implementing information security concepts and solutions throughout the IT stack IT infrastructure configuration and administration Windows and Linux server and application/services configuration IT and Information Security process automation 3+ years combined experience with the following soft skills: Building strategic relationships with internal business customers and senior management Planning, managing, and championing IT needs to multiple stakeholders Translating customer/business needs into technical requirements Short- and long-term roadmap creation and goal setting Working in a scaled Agile environment Preferred Qualifications: Active U.S. Government Security Clearance Postgraduate degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or related field Relevant industry-standard certifications Experience supporting pre-silicon design/validation environments Experience enabling and supporting ITAR- and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) -compliant security controls Experience supporting hybrid environments with virtualized, physical, local, and cloud-based deployments.
