One part of Prisma Access is our End-Point Agent team, which is responsible for securing the network traffic from Customer devices to Prisma Access Cloud. We are seeking an experienced Leader to lead the design, development and delivery of next-generation technologies within our End-Point Agent team. We want passionate Leaders who are hands-on, love to build great products and who bring new ideas in all facets of software development. We are looking for Leaders who take coaching and mentoring to heart and inspire their organization to scale horizontally and vertically. Collaboration and teamwork are at the foundation of our culture and we need Leaders who can communicate at a high level and work well with others inside and outside of the End-Point Agent team towards achieving a common goal for Palo Alto Networks.

Your Impact

You will be responsible for Innovation, Development and Sustenance of End-Point Agent product on multiple platforms

You will work with product management to develop and define roadmaps

You will apply your knowledge to review and critique system architectures and low-level designs

Collaborate closely with Support teams to reduce call-volume and instill a metrics-driven mentality in the team to reduce the time taken to resolve customer issues

Interact with quality assurance teams to drive high-levels of Automation in End-Point Agent software

You will introduce processes\discipline in the Engineering team to deliver high-quality software

You will actively communicate (written and verbal) with Executive audience

Be a reliable mentor and coach for your organization
