The Global Executive Marketing team at ServiceNow is looking for a Program Manager who is a strategic thinker, highly adaptable, and shares our passion for CXO engagement and global cross-functional collaboration. Overview:

We are seeking a Program Manager, Global Executive Marketing to lead our efforts in developing and executing key cross-functional programs that engage C-suite executives globally. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic CXO engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment across global teams, and fostering strong relationships with top executives.

As a Program Manager, you will partner closely with internal stakeholders across functions (e.g., product, sales, marketing) to define and execute on strategic growth initiatives. You'll be responsible for coordinating global outreach, streamlining executive engagement efforts, and delivering on impactful business outcomes.

In this role, you will

Lead cross-functional global programs focused on CXO engagement and strategic growth

Develop and manage program objectives, actively addressing risks and roadblocks to deliver successful outcomes

Drive execution across multiple workstreams, coordinating resources, deliverables, and key milestones

Collaborate with stakeholders globally to ensure alignment and successful executive engagement strategies

Conduct discovery research, including data analyses and executive interviews, to inform and optimize engagement strategies

Create executive-level presentations, reports, and playbooks to summarize key findings, recommendations, and strategic initiatives

Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on program progress and outcomes

Build and nurture strong relationships with key C-suite executives, aligning engagement efforts with the company's long-term growth strategy

Ensure the voice of the executive is reflected in company-wide strategic initiatives and growth planning
