Job description


Prepare samples for experiments, including protective layer coating, wafer cleaving, mounting/unmounting samples, and preparing jobs for experimentation to evaluate the performance of the process system.

Handle customer wafer pieces, and job return processed stubs and jobs.

Maintain Customer intellectual property, return jobs to the lockers for different buildings

Interface with requestors, understand their detailed requirements, and communicate results.

Coordinate with engineering on job request status.

Operate supportive metrology equipment in a lab environment.

Operate optical microscope to inspect wafer structure from top-view, identify patterns of interest, understand FIB orientation requirement, and complete scribe mark are of interests for requested jobs under limited supervision after training.

Operate other supportive metrology equipment for FIB-TEM lamella samples.

Monitor data and track performance of metrology equipment and production activities per equipment requirements.

Understand written instructions to perform assigned tasks.

Create and update procedures and documentation.

Perform basic operations of Microsoft Outlook and Excel software.

Follow safety protocols and processes.

Adhere to lab IP protocols and SOPs.

Work shifts may include compressed work week schedules to meet production needs.

Requirements

H.S. Diploma or equivalent

Ability to lift up to 30lbs
