Seeking a Semiconductor Supply Chain Project Manager with expertise in Semiconductor and Oracle Cloud SCM Implementation for an onsite position in Santa Clara, CA.

Job Description:

1. PM with SCM experience.2. Proficiency with supply chain management (SCM)3. Experience in handling Oracle Cloud implementation Rollout Projects4. Exposure to AIMOUM methodology5. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills6. Ability to manage, coordinate and guide a project team7. Strong issue resolution and risk management skills 8. Experience with project management methodologies9.Should have very strong customer management experience and needs to interact with various business users (1.) To oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards , implementation of best practices and perform Value creation and KM activities. (2.) To ensure process improvement and compliance, and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents. (3.) To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. (4.) To work closely with the development team, On-site Engineers to understand technical requirements and work with them to address and resolve technical issues. (5.) Identify and flag potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality, develop mitigation strategies or contingency plans to address risks and provide regular project updates to key stakeholders.

Proficiency in SCM : Strong understanding of supply chain processes and management.

Oracle Cloud Implementation Experience : Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud rollout projects.

AIMOUM Methodology Exposure : Familiarity with AIMOUM methodology is a plus.

Strong Leadership Skills : Ability to manage, coordinate, and guide a project team, with a focus on communication, negotiation, and relationship building.

Customer Management : Experience in managing client relationships, interacting with business users, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Issue Resolution & Risk Management : Ability to resolve issues, manage risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

Project Management Skills : Experience with project planning, delivery tracking, and adherence to quality standards.

Technical & Compliance Oversight : Overseeing quality assurance, process improvement, technical design discussions, and ensuring compliance with standards.
