Job description

Pay rate range: $30-35/hr.

Job Description/Requirements:

Daily maintenance of the facility and responsive to any issues or requests regarding all GI offices

Maintenance of floor plans and assist with space planning

Coordination and scheduling of moves with the IT Helpdesk.

Serve as a liaison with building management and the Director of Administrative Services

Scheduling, coordination and supervision of vendor work with the Building including the day porter service.

Assist with building IDs, guest badges and registration with building security

Process relevant facilities invoices

Assist with facilities projects including build-outs, demises, and restacks

Implement and socialize new facilities procedures

Assist in the response of any facilities related issues like power outages, leaks, HVAC issues, etc.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continued improvement of facilities related practices.

Requirements:

No educational requirements.

1+ year of experience coming out of any professional office environment, preferably finance but really any corporate experience should work.
