Job Description:Responsible for managing the Ringfence Project for Client working within the US Finance Data Integrity & Reporting group. Coordinate and manage resources and key stakeholders for the project. Ensure effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project. Create a plan, working with the Director of Data Integrity & reporting, to move the Ringfence Project forward per requirements set forth by the Ringfence committee. Communicate project status to all stakeholders on a regular basis throughout the lifecycle of the project. Position requires excellent listening, oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal ability to bring multiple stakeholders in sync and move the project forward. Identifies project scope and project deliverables and communicates these details to the responsible parties. This person is responsible for developing the project management approach including role definition and relationship management. Must have skills include great project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Facilitate regular project team meetings with progress recaps and next steps

  • Ability to adapt and implement procedures to handle project scope changes

  • Coordinate with QA to review application deliverables at specified checkpoints

  • Develop review schedules and acceptance criteria at each phase of project

  • Draft communications to the end-user community, both internal and external

  • Conduct periodic project quality review in accordance with established standards

  • Work with US Finance on revenue recognition for Ringfence repertoire

    Project Manager, Data Integrity & Reporting

    How we LEAD:

    The Data Integrity & Reporting department, under the guidance of US Finance, is the backbone for ensuring reported and or published data, essential to Client innovative strategies and applications, is verified and accurate.

    We are seeking a Project Manager to support the Director of Data Integrity & Reporting within but not limited to the Ringfence Project. The individual will manage and work collaboratively in a cross departmental project across Data Integrity & Reporting, US Finance, Global Royaltiesm Rights and Distributed Partners team members.

    How you'll CREATE:

    Under the direction of the Data Integrity & Reporting Director, manage and support the progression of the Ringfence Project and department-wide initiatives

  • Define project requirements and scope

  • Develop and manage Project Plan

  • Coordinate and support cross departmental resources and schedules

  • Facilitate regular project team meetings with progress recaps and next steps

  • Ability to adapt and implement procedures to handle project scope changes

  • Coordinate with QA to review application deliverables at specified checkpoints

  • Develop review schedules and acceptance criteria at each phase of project

  • Draft communications to the end-user community, both internal and external

  • Conduct periodic project quality review/presentation in accordance with established standards

  • Support the Director of Data Integrity & Reporting and the various reporting requests from the group

  • Minimum 5 years project management experience

  • Bachelor's or technical degree in Finance/Economics/Business/Analytics
