Our office is located in Santa Monica and we do require you to come into office at least 2-3 days a week. Remote work is available for those located outside of the Los Angeles area!

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our product and witnessing the tangible impact of your contributions firsthand.

In this role you will:

Design, create, and modify websites with a focus on backend development

Refactor and enhance functionality of existing web applications

Develop new integrations with external and internal systems using RESTful APIs

Build backend code and interfaces for new web platforms

Stay updated on web developments and trends

Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field

Experience with Node.JS (3+ years), AWS (3+ years), React / Recoil (2+ years)

Experience with AWS SAM and CloudFormation for serverless development

Proficiency in serverless technologies using Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Ability to design and development of internal and external integrations

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with Elasticsearch and DynamoDB

Experience creating and utilizing scalable and secure RESTful APIs

Expertise in designing and implementing real-time integration strategies

Knowledge of large-scale software engineering practices for the full software cycle

Understanding of Agile/SCRUM development methodologies and best practices

Strong communication skills
