Job Title: Tax Senior
Salary: $110k - $150K
Requirements: 5+ years of tax exp. in Public Accounting

What You Will Be Doing:

As our trusted Tax Senior, you'll be responsible for:

• The preparation of smaller partnership, LLC, and S-corporation tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations
• Supervise and participate in the preparation of larger multi-state entity tax returns, providing guidance and support to junior staff
• Prepare individual tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, including multi-state individual tax returns
• Manage the preparation of trust tax returns, including grantor trusts and split-interest trusts, leveraging your expertise to optimize tax outcomes for our clients
• Stay current on tax laws and regulations, ensuring the firm's practices remain compliant and up to date

What You Need for this Position:

• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• CPA license is required
• Experience working with multi-generational family-owned and closely held businesses is required
• Must have experience overseeing the preparation of partnership, LLC, S-corporation, and multi-state entity tax returns
• Extensive experience preparing individual tax returns for high-net-worth individuals and multi-state individual tax returns required
• Any experience in preparing trust tax returns, including grantor trusts and split-interest trusts is a major plus!
• Proficiency in the Thomson Reuters suite of tax and accounting software products desired
