About this role
The Onsite Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill job orders for various clients. Acts as a liaison through the full recruiting and onboarding lifecycle and provides exceptional customer service to candidates. Complies with meeting performance KPIs and SLA metrics and focuses on an improved candidate experience. Partners with existing clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs. Analyzes hiring needs, determines best recruiting methods, and creates/deploys client-specific and role-specific recruiting strategies. Builds and maintains a comprehensive candidate pipeline that addresses client needs. Serves as subject matter expert on market trends, target industries, and roles.
What you'll be doingSourcing & Recruiting
- Administers job postings in various systems.
- Attend to all candidates that contact the onsite, whether in person or online, ensuring that all candidates are provided with correct information about Adecco, offers, job guidance, and training and development programs clearly and professionally.
- Complies with and executes required recruitment and submission activity KPIs.
- Conduct structured interviews with candidates - providing feedback and advising next steps.
- Conducts moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools, analyzes results, and modifies as appropriate to meet needs inventory.
- Complete candidate hiring/onboarding processes in accordance with client and organizational requirements.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates anticipating future client fulfillment requests.
- Builds successful recruiting strategies for professional skill sets.
- Create, implement and manage innovative strategies to attract top talent and increase retention.
- Assist with creating, implementing, and executing robust recruitment plans to meet the client's hiring needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) related to Adecco's recruitment tools and processes.
- Extends offer of assignment, including compensation and bill rate negotiation.
- Facilitates interviews with candidates and customers, including candidate preparation and client brief. Conducts debrief with the candidate and customer following the interview.
- Identifies sources, screens, and schedules top-quality candidates for open opportunities.
- Establish a recruitment plan based on the number of workers necessary to achieve the goal.
- Identifies, evaluates and recommends innovative solutions to address client needs and issues.
- Interacting with the client, advising of market conditions, providing thought leadership, etc.
- Facilitate regular communication with the vertical teams regarding open opportunities, client fulfillment requests/priorities, attrition trends, and other pertinent metrics.
- Facilitates Adecco-specific onboarding process.
- Anticipate and understand the local talent market and implement a workforce planning strategy to ensure a continuous pipeline of quality talent.
- Builds and maintains relationships with both passive and active candidates.
- Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine the best placement options.
- Assesses candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility with client requirements.
- Assist candidates with resumes, interview preparation, and coaching for specific roles.
- Develop candidate and community engagement programs to strengthen Adecco's footprint in the market.
- Coordinates and consults with hiring managers to understand clients' specialized needs better, maximize service level and encourage relationship building.
- Develop and own local recruiting resource relationships and grassroots recruiting plans. Coordinate logistics for recruiting events.
- Develops candidate executive summary for resume submittal.
- Maintains awareness of market salaries and benefits of local competitors and identifies staffing trends.
A high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience is required. Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit or in the staffing or human resources solutions industries is highly desirable.

- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $66560 - 70,844 . Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan.
Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
