Deep understanding of cancer immunology, oncogenic signaling pathways (RAS, PI3K), and translational drug development, as evidenced by first-author publications, patents, and past success in R&D.

Expertise in independently leading lab-based research projects involving a wide repertoire of experimental techniques such as conventional/spectral flow cytometry, biochemistry, cell/molecular biology, in vivo pharmacology, immune function assays, single cell workflows, and spatial omics.

Independent and proactive, with efficient time management and the ability to simultaneously progress multiple projects or experiments in parallel.

A thoughtful and meticulous approach to experimental design, execution, and documentation, bringing scientific rigor and creativity to problem solving.

Highly organized, detail-oriented and adaptable, with excellent written/oral communication skills.

A passion for scientific research and drug development.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in NSCLC, SCLC, or CRC disease biology would be advantageous.

Experience developing and validating clinical biomarker assays and strategies would also be advantageous.
