Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Regional Manager for supervising the daily operations of a portfolio of communities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real estate /property management, c, and conflict resolution. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively lead teams, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 guidelines, follow landlord tenant law, local and federal housing laws, HUD guidelines

Duties
Manage and oversee daily operations and Compliance of all communities, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, Monitors and enforces guidelines, and compliance with all regulatory agreements, commitment letters, proformas, reviewing and approving all move-ins
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Implement effective conflict management strategies to resolve tenant issues promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 requirements across all properties. Utilize Yardi software for data entry, reporting, and property management tasks.
Conduct regular site visits to assess property conditions, operational efficiency, and team performance. Provide training and support to property managers, Travel occasionally

Requirements
3 Years of experience in housing and /or property management
High School diploma required
Bachelor's degree in business Admin, Real Estate, Certified property manager or similar certification, or related preferred
Preferred experience as a supervisor of multi-family housing or five (5) years, experience as a manager of a muti-family housing
Valid Driver's license
Knowledge of property maintenance and upkeep
Experience conducting physical inspections of residential properties
knowledge of landlord-tenant law, local and federal housing laws, including fair housing and HUD procedures, low-income Tax Credits, Rural Housing, and Tax-Exempt Bond properties
Experience being accountable for financials
Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations effectively.
Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs and Fair Housing regulations is essential.
Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks related to real estate management.
Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
