Job description

Requirements: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field, and 5 years of experience in any occupation in which professional or academic research experience in plasma applications was gained. Alternately, employer will accept Masters degree or foreign equivalent degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in any occupation in which professional or academic research experience in plasma applications was gained. Requires education or experience in: 1. Surface and materials characterization technique including SEM and TEM; 2. Vacuum system development; 3. Plasma etch knowledge; 4. Knowledge of Semiconductor fundamentals and Semiconductor fabrication techniques; and 5. Logic process flow including FEOL, MEOL, and BEOL flows.
