Job description

Join our team as a Physical Therapist, where you'll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients' lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and administering treatment programs to help patients recover. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse patient specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.

Clinic Information: This quaint town is a beautiful mountain town. It proudly serves the surrounding communities. You can go for afternoon hikes and enjoy a laid back lifestyle. But you can also get to the beach and mountains fairly easily. This clinic promotes unity throughout the community. There are also summer farmer's markets and other perks of a tight knit community. We are partnered with AdventistHealth-Tehachapi so we can access our physicians easily when needed.

What You Will Get

Your Responsibilities as a Physical Therapist

Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome

Establish timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs

Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members

Build and maintain relationships throughout the community

Qualifications

Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program

State Licensure

Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association

Compensation

Estimated between $95,000-$135,000 (does not include sign-on bonus and other incentives)
