Job description

Summary:

Candidate will be working primarily in SAP Ariba, so applicable experience would be a nice to have. The ideal candidate is extremely detail orientated and organized. The will be managing large purchase order creation, through approval process. This will require them to reach out to multiple internal stakeholder to obtain approvals. They will also need understanding of budget structure, as they will be assisting with Quarterly accrual and budgets.

In this vital role you will work within the Rare Disease Business Unit and support ongoing budget management and planning activities, including support for the purchase order requisition and invoice management process.

Specific activities will include:

Complete and manage the PO process, which includes opening requisitions and tracking invoices.

Supporting the creation of new Purchase Orders, and the management of existing Purchase orders.

Collaborate with budget management as well as department leaders to develop quarterly and annual targets based on strategic priorities.

Engage with team members to measure spend against target on an ongoing basis, highlighting potential deviations from target to the RDBU budget manager.

Support the budget manager in developing view for quarter and year-end accruals.

Maintain budgeting tools and drive continuous improvement within budget management process.

Serve as a point of contact regarding budget questions/issues from team members.

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
