Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive outside sales and business development with a strong focus on drayage solutions.
  • Proactively identify challenges and implement effective solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and account management teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the coordination, development, and management of the proposal process.
  • Successfully close deals, activate new clients, and nurture long-term relationships.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in logistics with a focus on selling drayage services.
  • Strong work ethic with a self-driven, competitive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
  • High energy and a passion for prospecting and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Local to the LAX market.
