Job description

We are currently accepting resumes for a Technical System Analyst position in Torrance, CA.

This position is Hybrid: 2 days out of 5 days at least to be onsite.

Candidate should also be ready to be onsite on manager's request. The candidate should live close to Torrance, he/she will be required to be on site to work at the Torrance Office.

Salary Range: $113k-$123k

The selected candidate will perform the following duties:

Code Analysis, Security Analysis, Infrastructure Analysis, Performance Analysis

Critical Skills Needed:

Analytical Skills:

Ability to identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing systems.

Strong problem-solving skills to propose effective solutions.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication to document findings and present them to stakeholders.

Ability to translate technical jargon into understandable terms for non-technical team members.

Project Management:

Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

Ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.

Soft Skills:

Attention to detail.

Critical thinking.

Collaboration and teamwork.

Success Criteria:

Comprehensive GAP Analysis:

Thoroughly identify and document gaps in code (.NET), security, infrastructure, and performance.

Provide actionable recommendations to address identified gaps (e.g. Cloud solutions such as AWS or Microsoft Azure)

Clear Scope of Work:

Define a detailed and realistic scope of work based on the GAP analysis.

Ensure all stakeholders understand and agree on the scope.

Effective Communication:

Regularly update stakeholders on progress and findings.

Present complex technical information in an accessible manner.

Timely Delivery:

Complete the GAP analysis and scope definition within the agreed timeline.

Ensure all deliverables meet the quality standards set by the project.

Stakeholder Satisfaction:

Achieve buy-in from all stakeholders on the proposed solutions.

Ensure the solutions align with the overall business objectives and project goals.
