About this Role:
PAR Western Line Contractors, LLC (dba QUES) provides engineering, procurement and construction services for comprehensive infrastructure needs in the electric power, oil and natural gas industries. QUES has the knowledge and expertise to handle a full spectrum of projects. From the most straightforward, single-component installation to the most complex, multi-state projects, QUES handles the job safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. We are looking for a dynamic individual to add their technical expertise to our Upland Design Team. The successful candidate possesses five or more years of experience in Electrical Utility Distribution Design, Transmission Design, Distribution Line construction, or Electrical Engineering discipline.

What You'll Do:
Project Administrator will be responsible for supporting multiple project managers with oversight to approximately 10-15 projects at any given time. The successful candidate will work throughout the service territory to provide administrative support to the Project Managers and Planners, and assistance as needed in support of planning meetings, accounts payable, project tracking, client communications and support, data entry and reporting workload assessments, etc.

Supporting the pre-construction/construction planning processes by crafting and supervising action items and leading project team member adherence.

Collaborating with the multi-disciplinary project teams which often consists of 30 or more members.

Assisting the project manager with all project-related support tasks, such as preparation of progress reports, tracking of project achievements, schedules and budgets.

Establishing, presenting, and applying project procedures, directives, and bulletins to ensure compliance with client policies and procedures.

Supporting, planning and coordinating multiple projects, including supervising and reporting project status, and coordinating activities and schedules to ensure timely delivery.

Crafting and maintaining project documentation, including version control, distribution, document storage/retention in sophisticated document libraries and access control.

What You'll Bring:
Must have a minimum of one or more years of experience in an administrative or accounts payable roleOne or more years of project experience supporting Substation Construction, Construction Field Forces (CFF), Infrastructure Replacement (IR), load growth, large capital projects, and/or large infrastructure projects is a plus

Successful candidates must demonstrate excellent oral and written business communication skills including the ability to conduct detailed project reviews with internal and client stakeholders.

Demonstrated experience using various software tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio in creating and editing complex reports, graphs, and presentations, converting information from one software to another, using advanced software/system functions and generating nonstandard reports from business applications and databases

Demonstrated experience planning, organizing, and prioritizing multiple projects concurrently in a team environment and independently with minimum supervision.

Compensation Range:
The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $22.00/Hr. - depending on experience and qualifications.
