Job description

5 month contract with possibility of direct hire upon completion/company needs & performance

Job Overview:
-Need someone to handle day to day HR/ER operations
-Most employees are housekeeping, i.e. Environment Custodians at the prison, in addition to employees with disabilities
-Maintain solid emotional state, show compassion and be present; understand the importance of confidentiality
-Higher than HR Asst, have some TA exp
-Office 365, TEAMS, Attend Ops & Safety Meetings

Qualifications:
-Employee Relations experience: i.e. investigations, personnel matters
-Talent Acquisition /Interview skills
-Computer Skills: Lots of Excel spreadsheet maintenance
-Be positive and present for employees full-time and be willing to talk to and encourage employees
