Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

This candidate will do the following:

Scan packing slips/receivers

Scan invoices that we receive from the mail

Light Accounts Payable

Light filing

Helping Admin Mgr (me)such as ordering office supplies, helping with customer meetings (lunch, conference room set up)

It would be helpfully if the candidate has experience using NetSuite, Word, and Excel.

Pleasant on the phone, as we still do receive phone calls at the main desk.

Good email communications.
