Compensation & Incentives
Base Compensation: $74,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience.
Between $6K - $18K a year in bonuses, calculated monthly and paid quarterly.

Qualifications:
Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
Required: Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).
Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines.
Desired Traits: Experience with center-based, early intervention. Effective collaborator. Empathetic team-player.
