Job description
Job Description Must have an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Under Working Supervision this position reports to a Critical System Supervisor and Maintenance Manager. This position assists The Critical Systems Department with a variety of administrative and customer service tasks that help keep an office running smoothly: • Communication: Answer phone calls and emails, using excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Scheduling: Manage schedules for meetings and events, and conference rooms.
• Inventory: Monitor supplies, parts and tools for the department.
• Filing: Organize and file records, invoices, and other important documents.
• Policies: Comply with service standards, work instructions and client requirements. Ensure compliance with site standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Follow all ESH policies and procedures while ensuring all team members follow the same policies, site safety plans and perform safe work practices at all times. • Customer service: High standards and professionalism towards other contractors, clients, and customers on site.
• Engage with team members on a daily basis to execute Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) duties which include but not limited to:
• Verifying Completed unplanned work tickets and repair work orders.
• Creating work tickets and planned maintenance work orders.
• Verify and update preventive maintenance steps in the CMMS program.
• Monitor and update data points in support of the predicative maintenance program.
• Learning and executing workflow processes to insure work is done the same amongst the CMMS team.
• Engaged with department personal at all times to ensure all critical and planned maintenance work tasks are being tracked and completed.
• Other duties as assigned. Salary Rate: $27.00 to $31.00/hour + $4.98/hour Fringe Notice to Candidates: Background checks are carried out as part of any conditional offer made, including (but not limited to & role dependent) education, professional registration, employment, references, passport verifications and Global Watchlist screening.
