Job#: Job Description: Apex Systems, a World-Class Technology Solutions Provider, is currently hiring for a Senior SIGINT Systems Engineer on behalf of their client. Position: Senior SIGINT Systems Engineer - 202733 Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI Pay Rate Range: $50/hr-$90/hr
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary depending on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience Location: Aurora, CO Basic Qualifications:
• Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with generating DoDAF architecture views with Cameo
• Experience with Agile or DevOps development
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret/SCI security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with systems engineering principles and activities on a large government software development contract
• Experience being part of a highly integrated team working closely with Software and Integration teams
• Experience in SIGINT and/or Digital communications
• Experience in the RF domain
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of administration
Responsibilities: • Perform system engineering analyses including trade studies, use case development, system and operational requirements, interface architecture and ConOps, and requirement/system validation.
• Support definition of operations concepts and procedure planning/ development, interfacing with personnel from other organizations.
• Provide technical direction and clarification of requirements to software teams and test personnel.
• Attend technical interchange meetings with the team members and other program personnel and represents the organization in matters pertaining to the maintenance of his/her project.
• Define external and internal interfaces
• Provide document review and resolves technical systems engineering and integration issues.
• Support ECP efforts as required.
• Provide support in a software development systems engineering role using Agile methodology
• Interacting with customers and end-users
