We are thrilled to announce we have 2 Space Systems Engineering Operations Technician positions available that will support one of our premier programs on our Aurora, CO campus or at our Richardson, TX campus. These roles will play a key part in assisting our large program team with metrics, onboarding, meeting facilitation, and various support activities.

What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with program leadership to facilitate meetings and ensure effective communication
  • Assist engineering leads in the onboarding and integration of new staff members
  • Support program activities and contribute to team success
  • Support Satellite daily operations
  • Attend meetings and other functions as requested
  • Compile and/or assist in preparation of various documents, to include but not limited to presentations, reports, correspondence, and other materials

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2 year post high school or Military and/or Intelligence Agency training) and a minimum of 6 years of relative experience organizational groups
  • Active and transferable Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Experience working on Defense or Intelligence Agency Satellite technologies and/or ground control systems
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite Tools, to include but not limited to: Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and/or Excel

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience working with senior leadership on large teams
  • Strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, preferably present information to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Prior experience training team members

The salary range for this role is 44,000 USD - 102,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
