Grey Matters Defense Solutions is seeking a talented and dedicated TechELINT analyst, Special Programs Division About the job: The TechELINT Analyst position performs analysis of specified and targeted signals of opportunity. Analysis includes documenting various parameters and selecting various portions of the signal to support additional developmental activities for signal discovery efforts. Key Responsibilities: Perform technical analysis of specific items of interest about the signal Perform annotation of specific signal activity Coordinate with primary office of responsibility for opportunistic acquisition opportunities Coordinates with Data Scientists and Software Developers in the architectural design of specific databases and algorithm development activities About you: Have at least 8 years of experience in the technical field with an emphasis on Counterspace Electronic Warfare analysis and reporting Minimum of five years of experience in the signal discovery Thorough knowledge of MARTES, Willow, ASPEN, MIDAS, M2EXTRA, and other software applications required to perform in-depth analysis of signals of interest Able to utilize specialized software applications to break apart various signals of interest and identify potential capabilities and level of technology Must have experience in the collection, analysis, exploitation, and dissemination processes of a global mission Knowledge of SIGINT requirements Security Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc. Eligible to acquire Polygraph Travel: N/A Education: Prefer BS in Computer Science or related field and a thorough understanding of the SIGINT architecture Prefer to have graduated from one of the following courses: SIGE-3810, SIGE-4810, 451, 452 Grey Matters Defense Solutions provides transformational leadership, building aware-winning teams and products.
