We are currently seeking a Jr. Stakeholder Engagement Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to join our team and fully embrace our commitment to deliver, grow and thrive. About the Role: As a Jr. Stakeholder Engagement Specialist supporting our Federal government client, you will be trusted to provide strategic planning, project planning, dashboarding and data visualization, report writing, and stakeholder engagement support for one of our research and development (R&D) government clients. The role is an opportunity to support a laboratory focused on the development of advanced communication technologies. This role would support our Project Manager lead stakeholder engagement meetings (one-on-one interviews, virtual working group meetings, in-person strategic planning sessions) to identify and describe future communications technology research and development (R&D) gaps and opportunities in roadmap reports. Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Quickly establish, develop, and foster positive rapport with federal government clients in a professional, creative environment Effectively and independently develop deliverables related to stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, stakeholder meeting reports, technology roadmaps, and data visualization and program dashboarding. Support strategic program and project management initiatives as directed by the Project Manager, such as developing program charters, SOPs, project plans, project dashboards, and impact assessment dashboards. Support strategic planning and stakeholder engagement initiatives through email correspondence, meeting design, one-on-one interview and working group facilitation Support stakeholder data collection and analysis through a variety of different channels (note taking, group discussion, surveys, live polling, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and literature review). Support comprehensive stakeholder report development, including developing outlines, writing technical content, and performing report formatting for client delivery Support client dashboard development, including assessing data to determine dashboard requirements and performing research on / implementing best practices Conduct market research into the telecommunications and computing industry to identify trends and activities influencing R&D priorities Conduct legislative and policy analysis as needed. Identify efficiencies or tools to improve existing or new organizational processes Carry out our Commitments to Deliver, Grow, and Thrive Location: You will work as part of a hybrid team at the client site in Boulder, CO. Remote work may be an option multiple days per week. Required Experience/Skills: Bachelor's degree 2-4 years of professional experience in project/program support Previous experience with strategic planning, technology roadmapping, market analysis, project planning, business process improvement, stakeholder engagement, data visualization, and/or legislative and policy analysis Direct experience working on a daily basis to advise senior level clients Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance Interest in the telecommunications R&D topics and the ability to pick up technical subject matter quickly US citizenship or permanent resident and the ability to pass public trust clearance or suitability Preferred Experience/Skills: Previous experience in federal government consulting Previous experience using project management dashboarding tools such as PowerBI or Smartsheet Don't think you have everything for this role but are still very interested?
