Due to high demand, we're expanding and looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to grow with us as we begin new marketing efforts.

Project Size:

• $1.5M - $15M (Average $3M - $5M)

Position: Project Coordinator

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers on selections, including visits to various showrooms.
• Manage change orders and handle the administrative side of project management.
• Oversee the coordination of fully custom homes and some spec homes.
• Maintain a high level of detail orientation, ensuring all aspects of the project are executed to the highest standards.
• Support the project management team in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of the residential custom home industry, particularly the technical aspects.
• Flexibility and openness to learning new methods; not stuck in their ways of doing things.
• Experience working with general contractors, homebuilders, or on the design/architecture side is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to cross all T's and dot all I's.
• A go-getter mindset with strong motivation to achieve bonuses through excellent performance.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: $60,000 base salary with potential bonuses to reach $70,000-$75,000 annually. Bonuses are tied to project performance, particularly achieving a zero-item punch list within 60 days after closing.
• Benefits: Full health insurance, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, 401k with a 3% company match.
