Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeing a Civilian Activities SME. This position will p rovide Government Service (GS) Civilian Activities support for HQ STARCOM leadership. Location of position: Plaza at the Rockies What you will be doing: Support Civilian Hiring Assist with established Government Service civilian activities to include documenting and tracking hiring recruit fill actions/management reassignments; coordinating with applicable security assistants on new hiring requests (i.e., security waivers and verifications); coordinating position reviews to include upgrades, modifications to supervisory level; updating core personnel documents; and establishing new civilian positions. Manage the HQ STARCOM Enterprise Task Management System (ETMS2) and organizational workflow emails. Complete all required ETMS2 computer-based training to be able to check it daily for applicable taskers. Coordinate required responses from appropriate STARCOM functions/personnel and submit formal response in ETMS2 on/before the deadline. Create ETMS2 taskers within 3 business days of the request of STARCOM HQ-Level Leadership (04-GO/Civilian Equivalents) and track to completion. Must complete ETMS2 computer-based training. Track and monitor civilian appraisal process including midterm progress reviews, annual appraisals and submissions for cash and time off awards. Assist the S1 in training the STARCOM staff with the transition from DCPDS system and processes to the CAS2Net system and processes. Communicate with AFPC career field manager on Key Career Positions, Palace Acquire Positions (PAQ), and Career Field Broadening Positions (i.e., recruitment, position reviews and staffing actions). Coordinate with AFPC Operations Career Field Manager on applicable road show visits to include set up, creating counseling session products and tear down. Assist with new hire interviews to include room reservations, setup, preparing binders, preparing applicable excel spread sheets and tear down. Initiate and work civilian hiring actions in support of the STARCOM enterprise in coordination with the HQSF/S1, AFPC/TMO, servicing Civilian Personnel Section (CPS), servicing Comptroller Squadron (CPTS) or Finance Office, and local Manpower Office. Facilitate on-boarding and reviewing/updating information in DCPDS or equivalent personnel system. This position is on site at Plaza of the Rockies with core hours of What you will need: RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 3-10 years' experience working in federal Human Resource operations. Skilled with Windows 10, the Civilian Manpower processes. Experience with creating Requests for Personnel Actions (RPAs), pulling and analyzing personnel/manpower reports, submitted personnel requests in MyPers or any equivalent USSF personnel website, coordinating pre-employment requirements, and skilled with Enterprise Task Management System (ETMS2). Prior military headquarters staff experience EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: BA/BS; MA/MS desired (5+ years relevant experience may substitute for degree) SECURITY CLEARANCE: Secret and must be eligible for TS/SCI Delta Solutions & Strategies offers a generous benefits package to include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, paid holidays, parental, military and jury duty paid leaves.
