Job description

A large government client of Marathon TS is seeking an experienced DOORS Administrator to join their team for an exciting opportunity. Technical Skill Required: Should possess the ability to be part of an integrated team tasked with maintaining the physical, functional, and technical requirements baselines necessary to describe the desired capabilities of an evolving effort using the DOORS tool as an experienced administrator. Skills required include: Experience with management of system and component baselines in a requirements management system, Defining the relationships between internal and external components, Communicating the desired component relationships to a diverse group of customers, developers, engineers, subject matter experts, and users, Generating system/element level functional, performance, and interface specifications to document and control the achievement of the desired capabilities, Extensive DOORS scripting strongly desired, Experience improving DOORS database performance also strongly desired. Successful candidate will work under the direction of various technical Leads and interface with team members, program management, and government customers to ensure high quality products are generated on time and within the resources available. Responsibilities include: Integration of the product lines, Generation of responsible sections of the capability specifications, DOORS processes and procedures, Training less experienced personnel in SE techniques, Reviewing the content and details of technical products, Acting as a technical interface to MDA working level counterparts on an as-required basis Marathon TS is committed to the development of a creative, diverse and inclusive work environment.
