HS Diploma or GED. Licensed Electrical Journeyman. Will consider experience in lieu of a degree. High knowledge/skills in facilities operations and maintenance
Use of software to authenticate work orders and preventative maintenance.
Experience supporting moves, furniture installations, reconfigures etc.
Able to use blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications.
Nice to Haves:
Associate Degree with 2 years of experience.
Job Description:
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the facility's structure, equipment, and grounds, including all trades (mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.). Performs highly developed trades work, with an emphasis on electrical work as well general maintenance trades work such as carpentry or painting, in the construction, repair or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs or office fixtures. Conducts routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment. Supports conference room set-ups/teardowns, internal moves, dry-erase board installations.
Supports Facilities moves, furniture installations, and reconfigurations. Uses blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications. Requires knowledge of applicable standards or regulations.
