Job description

Responsibilities PeopleTec is currently seeking a GEOINT Collections/Requirements Manager to support our Colorado Springs, CO. location. Coordinate with appropriate agencies/organizations/analysts to provide input and recommendations on the refinement and tailoring of Requests for Information (RFI) Maintain a familiarity and expertise with all national, theater and commercial GEOINT collection assets and platforms, and provide input on GEOINT collection strategies for supported commands/agencies as required, including the effective use and integration of GEOINT in multi-INT collection plans to include Tipping and Cueing models, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Structured Observation Management (SOM) processes. Prepare and submit best requirements management systems/practices. Maintain familiarity and expertise with all national level requirements systems, databases, and software to include, but not limited to GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS), GEOINT Enterprise Tasking Processing Exploitation and Dissemination (TPED) Services (GETS), and Collection Feasibility Mission Awareness (CFMA) Collection Requirements Analysis Tool for the Enterprise (CRATE), and Community On-Line Intelligence Systems for End Users and Managers (COLISEUM). Have knowledge of Orchestration Services (OS), GEOINT Search and retrieval (GSR) and Joint Enterprise Modeling and Analytics (JEMA) Workflows. Provide assessments on the efficacy and quality of collections and collection plans, and provide input for modifications to collections as necessary. Provide CRM instruction for analysts on the latest suppliers, systems, and phenomenologies. Qualifications Required Skills/Experience : Candidate must have strong requirements and collection management skills with minimum of 5 years of experience in the field Expertise in the various requirements and collection management software systems, including GEOINT Information Management System (GIMS) and the GEOINT Enterprise TCPED Services (GETS) Ability to interact with a variety of customers located around the world Strong team player able to thrive in a fast-moving, multidisciplinary environment Energized, passionate, and an effective communicator Travel: 5 % Must be a U.S. Citizen An active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment. Education Requirements : Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience in requirements and collection management or 11 years of task related experience may be used in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
