We've got what you're looking for. Job Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented GMD Fire Control and Communications (GFCC) Product Liaison to join our team! In this role you will function as the MDA GM Ground Weapon System Project Office (GMN) liaison between the GMN GFCC Product Manager/Chief Engineer and the site stakeholders for GFCC products at the Missile Defense Integration and Operations Center (MDIOC) at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado, Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB), Colorado, and Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station (CMAFS), Colorado. What You'll Be Doing: Coordinate/facilitate GFCC product plans/ installations/ upgrades, provide status/reporting, and identify/address risk/issues/mitigations.
Participate in GMD, MDIOC, PSFB, and CMSFS stakeholder working groups and boards to advocate for GFCC products.
Maintain documentation/drawing library of GFCC products installed in the MDIOC, PSFB, CMAFS.
Assist GFCC in preparation, conduct, and after-action responsibilities for System Requirements Review (SRR), Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR), Critical Design Review (CDR), project status reviews, test and acceptance events, Fielding Readiness Reviews (FRR), Operational Readiness Reviews (ORR), and GMD Ground/Flight Test events.
Contribute to technical reports and briefings as required, including support to the Engineering Review Boards (ERB), other Stakeholder coordination, and Operational Capacity Baseline (OCB) approval process.
Provide inputs to independent government cost estimates, facility requests, budget requests, contract actions, and other project documentation as required.
Evaluate Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables and prepare responses to Task Management Tracker (TMT) action items.
Travel as required (estimated 10%). What Required Skills You'll Bring: Master's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor's degree and 20+ years of relevant experience.
Active Secret clearance.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative environment composed of Government, Prime Contractor, Support Contractor, and other Government agencies/personnel.
Candidate must be confident in his/her ability to work across a vast organizational structure to effectively communicate complex technical issues. What Desired Skills You'll Bring: 7 + years direct experience in missile defense.
Direct experience in digital engineering/ DevSecOps development projects.
