Kratos has an exciting opportunity for a Project (IS) Manager to support a diverse team responsible for system engineering across multiple programs with respect to SATCOM, ground, and other national programs. These include the highly successful Command and Control Consolidated System, now enhanced with virtualization and other various IA/Cybersecurity features. The candidate will work closely with the program management, system engineers, development, test, deployment, and on-site user support personnel. Experience and Skills Release planning for space vehicle production and additional task orders

Support new satellite readiness activities
System documentation updates
CAM duties to support the program
8+ years experience with vehicle production and planning Experience guiding a diverse group of engineers across multiple disciplines
Supported programs through design reviews
Performs Systems Engineering duties as needed, to include performing technical assessments and participating in task order proposals, ECPs, CCPs and Studies
Support ground system readiness activities, to include leading requirement reviews, feature assessments, level of effort estimating, testing milestone knowledge, deployment planning, and operational user interaction.
Hosting and/or supporting meetings, ranging from technical working groups to quarterly program status reviews
Self-motivated and comfortable with supporting multiple groups of developers, engineers, and testers.
Articulate technical concepts orally and in written forms both internally to the team as well as externally to the customer Preferred Skills and Experience Experience with satellite ground systems
Experience with SATCOM mission planning
Experience with Microsoft products and scheduling
BS in SE, CS, EE, ME, or other engineering equivalent
