Job Number: R Joint Space Exercise Planner
The Opportunity: On our team, you'll work with Space Operations SMEs to support the planning, development, execution, and analysis of Tier 1 Joint exercises and wargames, including planning for demonstrations, wargames, Table Top Exercises (TTXs), Rehearsal of Concept (ROC) drills, and seminars. You'll meet with space operators throughout the process to discuss events and incorporate feedback. You'll be able to build your leadership expertise as you share your expertise through leadership and mentoring. As a leader, you'll identify new opportunities to build solutions to your customer's exercise event needs. Join us as we improve Joint space operations. Join us. The world can't wait. You Have: Experience with operating on a Combatant Command, Joint, or Service headquarters staff Ability to plan, develop, execute, and analyze Joint and Tier 1 exercises and wargames TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with planning, development, execution, and analysis of Joint or Space exercises or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience with planning, development, execution, and analysis of Joint or Space exercises Nice If You Have: Experience with On-Orbit, Space Domain Awareness, Space Situational Awareness, Missile Warning, Special Technical Operations (STO), Exercise Planner Scenario Design, Joint Training Management Systems, and JOPES JPME II or Joint Qualified Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
