Position Title: Program Performance Manager Location: Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO Relocation Assistance: None available at this time Remote/Telework: Hybrid (Onsite and telework) Clearance Type: DoD Secret Shift: Day shift (Mon-Fri) Travel Required: Up to 10% of the time Description of Duties: The Program Performance Manager supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will: • Be responsible for managing complex and diverse intra- and inter-departmental organizations. • Formalize the goals and objectives that achieves the Mission IT vision, as well as recommending performance measures and priorities for activities and resources that achieves greater efficiencies and effectiveness for our organizations and our customers. • Support the director and other department leaders to increase performance, collaboration, and problem solving across all of our cross-functional teams. This position is a hybrid of on-site work and telework Resumes, in month and year format, must be submitted with application in order to be considered for the position. The selected candidate may be assigned as an employee for one of our teammate companies. Basic Requirements: Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 18 years of general experience; Associate's degree and 16 years of general experience; Bachelor's degree and 14 years of general experience; Master's degree and 12 years of general experience • Must have at least 10 years of directly related experience • Must have at least 15 years of experience in management or leadership roles • Must have experience leading a large organization(s) (250 personnel and $10M annual budget) • Must have experience in strategic and operational planning • Must have been a participant of the Hiring Our Heroes fellowship with IRES • Must have an active DoD Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility Desired Requirements: • Have a Master's degree • Strong communication skills and at the executive/Flag/General officer level • Have a working knowledge and experience in enterprise or global operations • Have a working knowledge and experience in managing cross-functional organizations • Have experience managing large and complex projects/programs/missions This position is expected to pay $172,000 - $197,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position. This position will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
