Position Title: Proposal/Pricing Analyst Location: Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO Relocation Assistance: None available at this time Remote/Telework: NO - Not available for this position Clearance Type: DoD Secret Shift: Day shift (Mon-Fri) Travel Required: Up to 10% of the time Description of Duties: The Proposal/Pricing Analyst supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will: • Develop, edit, and audit proposal documents, to include Basis of Estimate (BOEs), Bill of Materials (BOM), Cost Proposal, and other documents as required by the Government customer. • Respond to task order proposal requests from the Government. • Track proposal due dates and develop and maintain schedules with task order teams. • Analyze proposed costs and review for accuracy. • Lead proposal kick-off and development meetings. • Administer multiple proposal efforts. • Coordinate with the technical and program management teams on proposal documents • Conduct other proposal development and contract administration duties as assigned by the Contracts Manager. The successful candidate will be: • Able to perform tasks successfully with minimal guidance under short time lines. • Responsive, flexible, organized, and have a strong attention to detail. • Able to manage shifting work priorities and multiple proposal due dates. • A highly motivated self-starter with ability to work independently and with others in a collaborative environment. • Highly proficient in verbal and written communications, as well as interpersonal skills. Basic Requirements: Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 12 years of general experience; Associate's degree and 10 years of general experience; Bachelor's degree and 8 years of general experience; Master's degree and 6 years of general experience. • Must have 6 years directly related experience in one of the following areas: Business Administration, Finance, Bids and Proposals, Price / Cost Analysis, or Contract Administration. • Must have 3 years of management or leadership experience. • Must be familiar with cost/price data development. • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel. • Must have, or be able to obtain an active DoD Secret clearance. This position is expected to pay $69,500 - $94,500 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position. This position will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
