Job description
LinQuest is seeking an innovative, creative and highly-motivated teammate to support a MILSATCOM Program Management Office (PMO) within the US Space Force's (USSF), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) at Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB), CO. The MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (MSEIT) effort provides leading edge Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) for the Air Force's Space and Missiles System Center. MSEIT supports the Air Force's acquisition and sustainment of state of the art Military Satellite Communications systems, providing global secure, survivable, and protected communications for our nation's warfighters. The team seeks technical individuals who will thrive in a highly collaborative work environment of small teams, using the most modern tools and methodologies to tackle the challenges of integrating complex space and ground communications systems. LinQuest is the prime contractor on the MSEIT contract. By applying to this position, you are in consideration for LinQuest employment. However, you also have the option to be hired by one of our subcontractor teammates. A successful candidate will work stakeholder integration and executive assistant activities closely with the Government customer. Activities include but not limited to, coordinating, and facilitating major community-wide meetings, working action items, and providing status to the IPT lead and government customer. Responsibilities: Provide direct interface support to programs of the MSEIT Strategic IPT
Support the Gov't Stakeholder Integrator by coordinating major community-wide face-to-face and telecom meetings, and work with community stakeholders to track and work action items to closure
Develop Weekly Activity Reports inputs for government customer and provide work status on a weekly basis directly to government customer
Lead stakeholder integration meeting logistics, including conduct chart package data calls, material assembly, 'publication' scrub, meeting invites, attendee list coordination, documenting meeting minutes and actions, action tracking and status follow-up. And depending on host site, work with local administrative and security teams to facilitate meeting site execution.
Depending on site, perform some level of administrative meeting support such as coordinate attendee list, ensure visit access request confirmation, provide meeting day-of preparation, including meeting room setup, pull up slides, set up Teams, project slides, manage the microphone, call in IT when technical support is required.
Depending on site, perform some level of coordination with the site security team, such as, ensure visit access request confirmation, arrange for receipt of classified meeting material, arrange for dissemination of classified meeting notes and actions
Assists in Nuclear Command, Control and Communications (NC3) sustainment cadence events such as User Day conferences and Product Improvement Working Groups (PIWG)
Professionally interact with the upper leadership team, government customers, vendors, and personnel
Create documents with Microsoft Office Suite including formatting, finding, or creating graphics, editing, proof reading and distribution
Address problems and develop practical, thorough, and creative solutions without relying on precedent or supervisory review
Develop administrative processes that reduce redundancy and improve accuracy, while achieving organizational objectives
Interface with security, customers, and vendors for program specific needs
Provide data input to applicable databases, as required to maintain accurate record keeping
Provide timely, accurate and effective service and support for both internal and external customer.
Update and maintain records daily in accordance with applicable technical direction
Prepare documents in appropriate formats requirements
Coordinate, interpret, implement and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with requirements
Collect and maintain accurate data to prepare various reports and statistics
Partner with various departments to maintain a staffing roster and organizational chart
Compose memoranda, certificates, and correspondence utilizing office software applications.

Required Skills and Experience: High school diploma or GED
2+ years' experience in relevant area
Experience with or knowledge of SATCOM Stakeholder Integrator structure
Experience working with military and other government representatives, FFRDC (Aerospace) representatives, and SSC's prime contractors and sub-contractors
Experience working with government customers
Experience leading/facilitating large community-wide meetings
Experience editing technical documents
Experience communicating between teams
Oral and written communication skills proficiency
Must be highly organized, able to separate key issues from unimportant details and prioritize, be able to multi-task, and willing to work in a team environment
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Compensation for Colorado: Starting salary ranges from approximately $65,000 to $85,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
