Description & Requirements Maximus is seeking a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Administrator to provide expertise to a federal client in support of their mission critical systems in defense of our Homeland. The VoIP Administrator will work with a collaborative team to design, implement, and maintain VoIP systems and technologies for a federal client's critical communication needs. As an integral member of our team, the VoIP Administrator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of VoIP solutions. This position offers a flexible hybrid/telecommute schedule. The onsite and telecommute arrangement is determined by the site team and may change based on government or operational needs. Candidates should reside within a commutable distance and be able to report onsite as required by the government customer. Maximus TCS (Technology and Consulting Services) Internal Job Profile Code: TCS245, T1, Band 4 • Active Secret clearance is required. • Due to agency and contract requirements, candidates must be U.S. citizens with no dual citizenship. • This contract supports systems that require 24x7x365 uptime. Candidates must be willing and able to meet recall requirements, including participation in a rotational on-call schedule. • Telework: Candidates must reside within a commutable distance and be available to work onsite at the customer's discretion. This includes being on-site during the transition period. Must be based around Colorado Springs, CO. • 1+ years of experience is welcomed, but not required. • Experience in some or all of the following is a plus: VOIP protocols, codecs, and technologies, including SIP, RTP, SRTP, and others.
