Accounting Now, a division of SNI Companies, has partnered with our client in hiring a Part Time Accounting Clerk. This opportunity is starting on a contract to hire basis working with our client in Centennial, CO. This opportunity is working 100% onsite.

Principle Duties:

• Maintain and update financial records, prepare reports and reconciling bank statements.
• Process accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), expense vouchers, and receipts.
• Accurately type and maintain accounting documents, prepare bank deposits and general ledger postings.
• Reconcile accounts promptly and enter key financial data in the ERP system.
• Support auditors, monitor outstanding accounts, and assist company personnel as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of accounting experience supporting accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail and time management.
• Intermediate MS Office skills using Excel and Word.
• Great Plains experience preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The base compensation for this position starts at $21.00 an hour. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience.
