Job description

Insight Behavior Partnership, a locally-owned ABA agency based in Denver, Colorado, is looking to add one skilled, compassionate, and creative behavior analyst to our team. We practice a progressive approach that incorporates solid ABA within a values driven, non-coercive framework that applies to team members, families, and clients. While we generally develop future BCBA's internally through our outstanding supervision program, we are now looking to add one more BCBA in order help support growth aand stability, and enable us to take on referrals in a Denver ABA market that has been anything but stable.

The right candidate will have enough experience in the field of ABA that the following story and related data will seem both unusual and exciting:

In October, 2018, after working together for many years as part of a large non-profit in Colorado, our core team of four behavior analysts and one administrative specialist decided to build the type of ABA organization we had always dreamed of being a part of:
A company committed to providing the highest quality ABA services to individuals and families most in need of such services.
One that carefully and selectively hires the best BCBA's and RBT's we can find, based on aligned values and professional interests.
A company in which each BCBA participates in the ongoing development of clinical and organizational systems, based on the input of ALL team members, that collectively allow us to become the organization we envision.
A team defined by transparency and effective communication across the company, with employees who support each other through our shared challenges and successes.
An organizational/leadership structure that allows us to collectively decide how to use our resources to support our team - no complicated hierarchies or boards, no outside investors or bank loans; we are building this together and everyone has a voice.

To help paint a picture of how this journey is unfolding, and because BCBA's love data, here is a snapshot of caregiver and employee satisfaction scores from our last accreditation review conducted by the Behavioral Health Centers of Excellence, with comparisons to other accredited organizations:
100% of caregivers agree or strongly agree that the teaching targets in their child's treatment program are challenging but doable. (The industry average is 88%)
100% of caregivers agree or strongly agree that their child's supervisor has a sufficient level of training. (The industry average is 93%)
91% of caregivers agree or strongly agree that the quality of my family's life has improved since my child began receiving treatment with my service provider. (The industry average is 84%)
100% of caregivers agree or strongly agree that overall, they are satisfied with their service provider. (The industry average is 88%)
100% of employees agree or strongly agree that their organization is dedicated to their professional development. (The industry average is 70%)
100% of employees agree or strongly agree that they are satisfied with the investment the organization makes in training and education. (The industry average is 67%)
73% of employees agree or strongly agree that they are satisfied with their overall compensation. (The industry average is 58%)
100% of employees agree or strongly agree that management within this organization recognizes strong job performance (The industry average is 68%)
100% of employees agree or strongly agree that their organization operates in a socially responsible manner. (The industry average is 90%)

Could IBP be the right company for you? Consider the following characteristics we are looking for in our BCBA's. We want someone who
Is committed to teaming and collaborating with other BCBA's and who also recognizes that our RBT's are our greatest asset.
Is confident and experienced in applying the principles of ABA but comfortable enough to practice the science with humility. We're all human, and asking for help and direction when needed and owning our personal shortcomings is part of our culture.
Is excited to work with under-served populations, to partner with other disciplines and providers, and to think creatively about ways to serve our community.
Is passionate about contributing to our vision of high-quality staff training as well as a friendly and collaborative culture rooted in honest communication
