Job Description:
The Manager of Business Enablement supports Platform Services in driving growth and engagement throughout the organization to achieve business results. Their duties include leading and implementing various strategic planning processes across the organization, building comprehensive development programs, supporting and driving initiatives across Platform Services, and providing leadership and guidance to the organization for cross functional engagements.Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions

  • Build a Strategy and Operations function to grow and support the mission of the Platform Services team.
  • Develop, manage, and evolve all tracking and metrics for the Platform Services team.
  • Enable Special Request and set governance gating capabilities that will ensure quality control of non-standard assessment requests
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the organization for engagements with various cross-functional, internal teams on strategic, out-of-the-box, initiatives
  • Enable cross-functional awareness of the Platform Services team.
  • Champion stakeholder awareness and brand recognition
  • Support winning outcomes by driving initiatives and proposal fulfillment programs.
  • Participate in and support business case development, official review process, and technology investments required to win important for Flexential.
  • Evaluate and manage training and certification goals for the Platform Services team.
  • Build creative, compelling development programs and individual thought leadership activities for intended audiences.
  • Plan, execute, and communicate with the leadership team within the Platform Services or key stakeholders.
  • Manage the Chief Operating Officer's schedule, schedule meetings and plan travel
  • Provide tactical support to implement ideas
  • Oversee strategic business initiatives from ideation to implementation
  • Identify and provide recommendations on improvements across the organization
  • Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations, and help define new operational strategies by working with COO and other executives on special projects
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Substantial experience working with platform-oriented teams is required.
  • Proven knowledge and experience navigating business cases for complex, out-of-the-ordinary deals requiring highly customized solutions.
  • Experience building scalable enablement.
  • Excellent written and technical communications skills; must feel comfortable presenting to executives within the company about the most strategically engaged opportunities, areas of need, and return on investment.
  • Proven background in building thought leader and training programs for high-performing, platform teams
  • Experience forging relationships with Product and Sales teams to collaborate on key development initiatives for the business.
  • Demonstrated working background with partners and vendors on joint programs, roadmaps, and initiatives.
  • Candidate will exhibit confidence and influence when presenting verbal and written proposals or responses to stakeholders, structuring agreements, and be comfortable developing project timelines, deliverables, and results across the organization
  • Experience in strategic planning, leading organizational change, and directing multiple teams and departments

Benefits are subject to change at the Company's discretion.

Base Pay Range: Annualized salary range offered for this position is estimated to be $100,000 - $115,000. However, the actual pay range depends on each candidate's experience, location, and qualifications.

Variable Pay: Discretionary annual bonus, based on personal and company performance.
