Job description

We are looking for a Project Engineer to support and assist management to achieve project profitability and schedule project milestones. The project engineer wil be responsible to review design and bidding documents, evaluate bids, and drafting design.

Description

The Multifamily Project Engineer will be responsible but not limited to:

  • Records management, including costs, progress, materials, and equipment
  • Various safety enforcement and implantation tasks
  • Project reports related to traffic control, erosion control, pollution control
  • Basic surveying activities to establish line and elevations in the field
  • Basic drafting responsibilities
  • Maintain progress photo album
  • Collaboratively work with Director of Engineering, Project Managers, and Superintendents to help support the field foremen.

Profile

The ideal Multifamily Project Engineer:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field of study
  • Must have experience in ground up construction and concrete form work
  • 1 or more years of construction experience
  • Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software
  • Effecting communication skills
  • Understand and act upon urgency of tasks
  • Solution oriented and efficient worker
